Scope
MEP first-fix: piping, fire-fighting mains, electrical conduit and HVAC ductwork
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works were carried out across the college building, captured on site during the first-fix stage. Photographs show large-diameter black steel pipework staged for installation, red fire-fighting mains and hangers suspended from the concrete soffit, conduit and cable routing above the slab, and insulated HVAC ductwork with branch take-offs. All works were carried out from mobile scaffolding across open floor plates.
