Rooftop air-cooled chiller plant, welded chilled water mains and associated power and control works
We installed and commissioned the rooftop cooling plant, mounting a bank of Zamil air-cooled chillers on fabricated steel bases and connecting them to the building through welded, large-diameter chilled water mains. Our teams carried out site welding of the flow and return headers, pipe supports, and anchors, along with thermal insulation and cladding, as well as the electrical panels, cable trays, and power feeds serving the plant. The work was carried out on the live rooftop alongside the main building program.
