Scope
Exposed spiral HVAC ductwork, fire-fighting mains and MEP fit-out across the training halls
We installed the exposed mechanical services across the club's training floors, where the ductwork forms part of the finished look. Scope covered large-diameter spiral supply ducts with branch take-offs and diffusers, flexible connections to the ceiling grilles, and red fire-fighting mains and sprinkler drops routed alongside the soffit lighting. Works were coordinated closely with the fit-out and equipment installation teams to keep the exposed runs clean and aligned.
