Spiral HVAC ductwork, fire-fighting mains, duct fabrication and MEP fit-out across the office floors
We delivered the mechanical and electrical fit-out across the office floors, from first-fix to finished ceilings. Scope covered black and galvanised spiral supply ductwork with branch take-offs and diffusers, on-site fabrication of duct fittings and plenums, grooved-end red fire-fighting mains with valves and sprinkler drops, and conduit and cable routing off the concrete soffit. Works were carried out floor by floor from mobile scaffolding and coordinated with the ceiling and partition teams.
