Mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation works
We executed the MEP installation across the tower's office floors, running red fire-fighting mains with sprinkler drops and smoke detectors, insulated supply ductwork with flexible connections and linear diffusers, and ceiling-mounted fan-coil units complete with chilled-water valve sets, copper coil connections and condensate drains. Our plumbing crews installed the soil, waste and water piping with solvent-welded fittings and clamped supports, alongside conduit, cable tray and floor distribution boards for the electrical services.
